“Garrotxa amb Bici” is a family business with extensive experience in the world of cycle tourism. Our goal is to make cycling accessible to people of all ages, allowing them to enjoy the region, sport, and leisure activities.
We offer a complete service for all your cycling routes and trips: rentals, transfers, sales, repairs, and logistics, for both short excursions and long cycling tours, for individuals and groups, in this beautiful area.
We are part of “Turisme Garrotxa,” an organization that promotes and develops sustainable tourism in the region.
What are we doing to be more sustainable and accessible?
Accessibility
“Garrotxa amb bici” is involved with the territory in different ways:
- So that customers do not have to use the car to discover the most emblematic places in La Garrotxa (the Volcanoes, La Fageda and Santa Pau), they are informed about the company RUMBUS, which transfers customers from the outskirts of Olot to the volcanoes.
- We are carrying out a study of the CO2 footprint, to improve the conservation of natural spaces.
- We have the accreditation of the CETS (European Charter for Sustainable Tourism).
- We offer customers with hearing impairment, magnetic loops, so that they can enjoy bicycle rental like the rest of the customers.
- We offer the rental of adapted bicycles (handbikes, tricycles, tandems, etc.).
- We have made a ramp at the entrance to the facilities, so that people with reduced mobility can easily access it.
