Pack picnic

The bicycle and the equipment are provided by “Garrotxa amb Bici” in perfect working condition and must be returned in the same condition. “Garrotxa amb Bici” undertakes to provide the requested service.
The user has the following obligations:
Keep the bicycle in good condition at all times and make good use of it, with respect for the rules in force.

Immediately inform a “Garrotxa amb Bici”, in the event of a bicycle breakdown, theft or any incident related to the service. In the event of theft, loss or disappearance of the bicycle, a més, the user must report it to the police and notify “Garrotxa amb Bici”.
Faults that can be fixed with the Repair Kit will be carried out by the user themselves. For breakdowns requiring technical assistance contact “Garrotxa amb Bici” with whom the best solution will be agreed. In the event of repairs carried out in other establishments without the prior approval of “Garrotxa amb Bici”, the user shall be responsible for any incidents that may arise.

Expenses borne by the user:
Els desperfectes que puguin derivar del mal ús o siguin causats per circumstàncies fortuïtes (col·lisions, caigudes, cops…) i la pèrdua, robatori o desperfectes de les bicicletes o accessoris contractats s’hauran de pagar segons els següents valors:

Bicycles: Children’s MTB: 300€; Basic category: 250€; Mid-range category: 600€; Premium category: 1.000€; Gravel: 1.300€ ; Electric: 1.800€. Accessories: Helmet: 25€; Semi-tandem: 200€; Cadireta Infantil: 80€; Panniers: 100€; Mobile phone holder: 20€; TRAX: 40€.

Administrative penalties for traffic violations and other violations related to the use of the bicycle during the transfer period.
Any other expenses derived from the civil liability of the user.

Other conditions:

The legal costs arising from the breach by the user of the obligations contained in this contract will be borne by the user. Both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Olot, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.
The service does not include personal insurance or insurance for bicycles and equipment. Optionally it can be hired.
The data provided by the user will be incorporated into files owned by “Garrotxa amb Bici”, in accordance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD). Personal data will be treated with the degree of protection established in Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation that implements Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data.

Reservation cancellation policy
Made 1 week before the date of the activity: possibility to move the reservation to other available dates or return 95% of the amount paid (advance).
Made 3 days before the date of the activity: possibility to move the reservation to other available dates or return 30% of the amount paid (advance).
Made 1 or 2 days before: there will be no refund of the deposit, but the possibility of moving the reservation to other available dates will be given.
In case of cancellation with refund, a minimum of €10 will be charged for administrative costs.
All cancellations must be made by phone and in writing (e-mail) for record.

Deposit policy for rented accessories
In case cyclists want a repair kit and/or lock (1 for every 2 bikes rented), a deposit of €20 will be required for the kit and €10 for the lock, which will be paid in cash.
To rent bicycles (normal and electric) and accessories, it will be necessary to fill in the corresponding part of the rental contract with the bank card details and sign it.
If you choose not to fill in this section, “Garrotxa amb Bici” will not proceed with the rental of bicycles and accessories.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), we inform you that your personal data will be processed by “Garrotxa amb Bici” in order to properly handle your requests for information. To exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, you may contact “Garrotxa amb Bici” in writing at Avinguda Estació, 10 – 17800 OLOT.
